How quickly will you reply?
We reply to most enquiries within one working day, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Atlantic Standard Time. Every message is read and answered personally by James Barber — there is no ticket queue and no bot.
Do you work with organisations outside Trinidad and Tobago?
Yes. UX Caribbean is based in Trinidad and Tobago and works with organisations across the Caribbean and further afield. Most work runs remotely, so location is rarely a constraint.
How do engagements usually start?
Almost always with a baseline. We measure what AI assistants currently say about you before changing anything, so there is a defensible before-and-after. That baseline is either the free AI Visibility Check or a paid AI Visibility Audit, depending on how much depth you need.
Can you guarantee that AI will recommend my business?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. AI assistants are not a ranking system anyone controls. What we promise is the method and the proof: we measure your baseline, do the work, and measure again so you can see what actually changed.
